We currently have a modular twin operating theatre with 4-bed recovery which could be potentially used during refurbishment projects or waiting list reduction schemes. Previously used to help reduce a surgical waiting list, it is now available for either interim, long term or permanent requirements. The facility is available immediately to be relocated to your site and can be positioned anywhere on your estate (courtyards, car parks, greenfield or rooftops).

• Two 45m² operating rooms with integral scrubs together with separate anaesthetic, prep and dirty utility areas
• A rooftop plant room containing boiler plant and a single air handling unit to serve the whole facility, installed to HTM2025
• Integral AGSS plant
• All Group 1 equipment is provided including a Brandon Galaxy Ultra 53 operating theatre lamp, surgeons panel and two medical gas pendants in each operating theatre
• Bedhead services in the recovery incorporate oxygen and vacuum outlets, power sockets, inspection lamps and nurse call
• Bender IPS and UPS systems
• Standalone fire alarm system
• Standalone nurse call system
• Standalone BMS system
• 7.5kN/m² uniform floor load
• 2.85m ceiling height in the operating rooms and 2.7m in all other areas
• Hygienic Corus steel wall finish in clinical areas
• High quality, Dortek clinical doors throughout
• The building has a steel-frame modular structure with a design life of over 25 years
• It is under four years old and is in excellent condition
• Plastisol external cladding
• The building can be enhanced with additional cladding creating a permanent building with a structural design life of over 60 years
