Modular operating theatre with two-bed recovery - Description

This modular operating theatre suite has been used as temporary facility during a PFI project. It is available for hire or sale from July 2006. The building has a steel-frame modular structure with a design life of 25 years. It is over two years old and is currently in a good condition. The building can be clad externally and converted into a permanent building.

This modular building can be delivered and installed on your site in as little as 10* days. Site preparation and enabling works can be provided as a part of turnkey package. The theatre is supported by roof mounted plant room, containing the air handling unit, AGSS and vacuum plant.

Medical gases outlets are provided in operating, anaesthetic and recovery rooms. The facility can be connected to the hospital’s existing medical gas services. Alternatively an external manifold connected to Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide can be provided.
