Modular Mortuary - Description

A high quality mortuary facility, comprising an autopsy room and body store room with refrigerated storage for up to 36 bodies.  It was used during the relocation of a city mortuary and just over 1 year old.

This impressive facility, whilst built to permanent standards, is designed to be fully relocatable, keeping installation times to a minimum.  It is a steel framed building which has a current design life of over 25 years, although if it has enhanced external cladding becoming a permanent building the design life increases to over 60 years! An adjacent dedicated plant room which are fully fitted with all the required M&E plant to allow the facility to function in isolation to other buildings.
