GP Clinic - Description

This two-storey modular building has been designed and built as a GP Clinic facility for a PCT. The building was used as an interim measure until permanent conventional accommodation was provided through the LIFT programme.

Available from early 2005, it can be potentially used as a temporary facility during the refurbishment of a PCT surgery or clinic or as an extension to an existing facility. With a footprint area of only 240m2 it could be easily positioned on either a car-park or an empty courtyard. It could be relocated in only 2-3 weeks.

If necessary, the internal layout could be reconfigured to meet your requirements. A different external cladding could be provided to allow the building to blend with its immediate surroundings. We can also install this facility as a single storey building.
