This is a high quality modular building previously used as part of a Diagnostic Treatment Centre to reduce waiting lists for eye surgery. It is only three years old.

This single story building includes a general anaesthetic operating theatre suite which is supported by patient and staff facilities. It can be used as an extension to an existing day surgery unit, be transformed into a stand alone day surgery centre or re-configured into a twin operating suite. The operating theatre can be easily converted into a laminar flow theatre, if required.

It can be hired from 12 months to 10 years or can be used as a permanent building. Alternative external cladding can be installed to match the external appearance of existing hospitals.
